With a passion for assisting home buyers to find their next dream home, she decided to pair that with her love for the lake life & salt life to specialize in coastal and lake-side real estate.

When Sharon isn't helping people find their next home, or selling properties, she loves to spend time with her husband & two boys. As a pastor's daughter, she grew up in a Christian home, and easily got to know much of North & South Carolina as her father preached at various churches.

With their own place on Lake Tillery, you'll often find Sharon with her family boating around & listening to beach music!

Nicole is committed to her community and plans to support her church and a local ministry for foster children, aspiring to become a foster parent herself.

Outside of work, Nicole loves coffee, tidying her home, shopping at Hobby Lobby, and cooking with her son. Nicole Oliver is not just a real estate agent; she’s a caring individual with a heart for helping others.
